VACCINE ASSISTANCE GRANTS

To vaccinate uninsured/underinsured populations

Alana’s Foundation accepts grant requests year round from qualified applicants that meet our requirements. Alana’s Foundation may not approve every request based on funds available and grants may be prioritized by need.  All grant funds must be used in the flu season for which they are applied. 

All grant applications are kept confidential. Alana’s Foundation reserves the right and the applicant hereby grants permission to share all information provided by the applicant to third-parties on an as-needed basis.
