Losing a loved one is the most difficult thing a person ever goes through. Whether you are a parent or family member struggling with the loss of a child, or your community has been affected, dealing with your grief while also communicating with your children, friends and family presents its own set of challenges.

Request for Assistance

Application

If you or a friend is in need of short term financial assistance, please complete and submit the appropriate form under "Request for Assistance".  NOTE: Please make sure the application is complete before submitting for consideration.  All requests are reviewed case by case and awarded based on funds available at the time of request.  Applicant families that meet all requirements are eligible for a one-time assistance grant. Please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours to respond to all requests.
